Appetizers

Nachos ~ Tortilla chips with black beans, cheddar and jack cheese, green and red onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, homemade salsa, and sour cream.  $8.00...  add chicken...  $2.00

Steamer Clams ~ 1 pound of clams steamed in a butter and wine sauce.  Served with warm bread.  $9.50

Chips & Salsa ~ A basketful of tortilla chips served with our homemade TG Salsa.  $3.50

Harvest Salad ~ Organic spring mix topped with a light viaigrette dressing, candied walnuts, dried cranberries, caramelized onions and blue chees crumbles. $8.50

Traditional Caesar ~ Romaine lettuce, TG caesar dressing, croutons, shredded Parmesan cheese, topped with a slice of lemon.  Served with warm bread.  $8.00

Cobb ~ Romaine lettuce, corn, red onion, tomato, and bacon tossed with our homemade bleu cheese dressing and topped with egg and bleu cheese crumbles.  Served with warm bread.  $8.50

Dinner Salad ~ Organic spring mix topped with cucumber, tomato, and carrots.  Served with warm bread.  $4.50

Garden Burger ~ Classic gardenburger served on a toasted whole wheat ciabatta roll with sun-dried tomato aioli, lettuce, onion and tomato.  $7.00

Gyro ~ A warm pita filled with lamb, feta cheese, tomato, red onion, lettuce and tzatziki sauce.  $8.00

Chicken Gyro ~ Same as the original, but with a chicken breast instead of lamb.  $8.50

Ahi Tuna Sandwich ~ Seared rare ahi served on a toasted ciabatta roll with lime cilantro aioli, lettuce, tomato and onion.  $8.50

BLT ~ Bacon, lettuce, and tomato with mayo on whole wheat ciabatta roll.  $7.00

Chicken Bacon Swiss ~ Grilled chicken breast with bacon and melted Swiss cheese served on a ciabatta roll with lettuce, red onion, and mayo.  $8.50

Buffalo Burger ~ 1/2 Ib. handmade buffalo patty topped with onion, lettuce, tomato, and mayo served on a toasted ciabatto roll.  $8.00  Add cheese (Swiss, Cheddar, or Pepper Jack) $0.75

Bleu Cheese Buffalo Burger ~ Our 1/2 Ib. buffalo patty with grilled onions, mushrooms, and bleu cheese crumbles.  Served on a ciabatta roll and topped with mayo, lettuce and tomato.  $9.25

Portabella and Ricotta Ravioli ~ Tossed with tomatoes, kalamata olives, garlic, olive oil and white wine then topped with Parmesan cheese.  Served with warm bread.  $11.00

Pesto Pasta ~ Fettuccini noodles tossed with fresh basil pesto then topped with Parmesan cheese.  Served with warm bread.  $9.00

Tomato-Basil Pasta ~ Fresh basil, sun-dried tomatoes, onion, garlic and mushrooms tossed with penne noodles in a butter and wine sauce then topped with Parmesan cheese.  Extra garlic upon request.  Served with warm bread.  $10.50
