In the northeastern corner of Oregon where we we call home, the Wallowa Valley gives way to the Eagle Cap Wilderness, providing the inspiration for this staple: Eagle Cap IPA.

Profile: A delicious northwest style IPA. Citra hops give this copper-orange colored beer a crisp citrus character. The light and rich malt body combined with the orange and grapefruit hop notes combine for a very refreshing beer a and Eastern Europe provide grapefruit and spicy notes.
