Profile: A 9.0% American Strong Ale which has a blend of five different malts: Two Row Pale, PNW Munich, PNW Vienna, and a touch of Flaked Rye, as well as Columbus, Crystal, Cascade, and French Strisselspalt hops. Notice stonefruit yeast esters, a strong sweet malt profile balanced out by a smooth, slightly bitter finish.
